The AlbertaRank “Truth Protocol” Cancellation & Refund Policy
At AlbertaRank, we believe in earning your business every single month. We don’t hide behind 50-page contracts or “trap” you in long-term commitments. If we don’t deliver the value, you shouldn’t have to pay.
1. No Long-Term Contracts (Month-to-Month)
- The Policy: All our SEO and CRM plans are on a month-to-month basis.
- The “Why”: We are a results-based agency. You can cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days’ written notice. This allows us to wrap up your current month’s technical work and ensure a clean hand-off of your data.
2. Our “Fair-Shake” Refund Policy
- SEO Services: Because SEO involves immediate costs (content writing, technical audits, and manual link building), we do not offer refunds on past months of service already performed.
- The Guarantee: If we fail to begin your project or miss a major technical milestone within the first 15 days of your first month, we will offer a 100% Full Refund of your first month’s retainer.
- Software (CRM): CRM subscriptions are billed in advance. If you cancel mid-month, you will have access to your portal until the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.
3. One-Time Setup Fees
- Setup fees (for CRM onboarding or Website builds) are non-refundable once the work has commenced. This fee covers the intensive “Heavy Lifting” required to sync your systems and build your digital assets in the first 30 days.
4. Your Data, Your Property
- Unlike other agencies, we don’t “hostage” your rankings. If you decide to leave, you own your website content and your CRM customer list. We will provide you with a data export of your contacts so you can take your business wherever you choose.
5. How to Cancel
No phone-tag or high-pressure “retention” calls. Just send an email to support@albertarank.ca with the subject line “Cancellation Request.” We will process it within 2 business days—no questions asked (though we’d love your feedback).
